As both a licensed attorney and mental health clinician, I provide trauma‑focused mental health treatment and clear documentation for individuals involved in personal injury matters in Texas. I am trained in EMDR, one of the most evidence-based and widely validated therapies for PTSD and acute trauma. For clients who have experienced a motor vehicle collision or other sudden injury, EMDR directly targets of acute trauma such as intrusive memories, hypervigilance, avoidance behaviors, and emotional reactivity that often persist long after the physical injuries have healed.

In my attorney practice, I spent six years working qui tam healthcare fraud investigations and litigation for the Texas Attorney General’s Office. I have a practical understanding of how evidence is built, how records are scrutinized, and what makes an expert’s opinions helpful and durable in litigation.
